There's no "one size fits all" with costs - each case will be decided individually after discussion with the company.
Setting up will involve the production of a quality plan, process mapping, statistical charts and metrics where possible. This will be done in conjunction with the company workers, because they are the ones who will be empowered to do the quality work and they must therefore be happy with how the processes are set up. Likewise, this wll include discussion with the company management, to explain what is being done and what the likely benefits to the company are.
Maintenance and support will include analysis of processes, production of reports on the status of the processes, any changes in process implementation and all training involved.
